Task & Challenge
Realco is a leading real estate developer with a 20-year history and a vast portfolio of residential, commercial, and public projects. The primary challenge was to develop a visual identity that could serve as a sophisticated, neutral framework for this extensive range of developments. The objective was to create a cohesive umbrella brand that reflects core values—mindfulness, reliability, and growth—without overshadowing the unique architectural identity of each individual project.
Solutions
The solution is rooted in a clean, editorial aesthetic aligned with the Sage archetype, emphasizing clarity, professionalism, and structured information. This minimalist approach uses strong typography and strategic white space to ensure that the project content remains the primary focus while maintaining corporate authority. To balance this formal structure, a dedicated illustration system was developed specifically for internal communication. These expressive, hand-drawn visuals humanize internal processes, fostering an organizational culture that turns corporate guidelines into a shared journey.
